Additionally, users may have experienced difficulties logging in to the iOS app "FINAL FANTASY XIV: Libra Eorzea" as well, since the app consults Lodestone for reference.

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved on Sep. 18, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. (PDT), but if you have experienced difficulty logging in to a character on Lodestone, you will have to log in and out of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn with this character in order to refresh your data before you are able to log in to Lodestone.
