Just say you have to leave and that's it. No one is going to send you death threats afterwards, and at least they know you're leaving for a reason.

On that note, if your play time is as limited most of the time you'll have a hard time completing any dungeon, the queue time for DPS is 30+ minutes. Try to find a tank buddy and queue with him, that will get you in instantly.
