    How should those of us receiving the 401/601 errors proceed?

    The title pretty much says it all. I'm now up to one full day of being unable to give SE money and I'd like some instructions on what to do next from SE. Should I just sit back and wait for some resolution? When will the resolution be? How will I be informed? Should I just keep trying and risk getting my payment info banned for 30 days?

    I can tell you what not to do. Dont contact costumer support. Cause they are completely useless. I just wasted 4 hours in line. All they did was coming up with excuse as how all this is on your end, and not theirs. Sad how they dont even wanna help people out, when they are trying to give them money..

    4 hours? I thought I had it bad with 2 and a half just to get a copy/paste before they left.

    So far the only work around that seems to work for people are those ultimate gaming cards. It sucks, but it's a temporary solution until SE figures out what's going on.

    Only issue is, this isnt worth it for people who wants the 180days subscription.

    Game cards usually aren't worth it at all IMO once you consider sales tax and whatnot.

    Though yeah, still wish we could hear something from an OF rep or at least a post on the front page about the errors.

    I am also having this issue. I contacted both Square-Enix and the credit card processor.. I have got no help from anyone yet. The banks say my cards are working fine. I can assure you the problem is NOT on our end. SQUARE-ENIX and GLOBAL COLLECT need to fix this issue and get on it. They are losing out on subscriptions and don't even care about it?????????????

    I have heard from people they are not even accepting the game cards, the same error occurs. I have also heard that this error may be caused by an overload of requests. However I am on the same boat as you, this is a problem with SE's side. I have a brand new visa that works online fine and in person fine, but not with SE's accounts. This needs to be addressed, and their customer service and abandoned us. There are thousands of people with this problem, most just are not posting on forums.
