Skill requirement option please or vote kick!

Seriously, please add a skill requirement option for dungeons: anything ranging from novice, adapt, to master.

I can’t run Amdapor Keep again with individuals who believe skipping coffers is smart play. The dungeon already yields low rewards, and having to put up with really bad players is just mind numbing, and the worse part of the whole circumstance is having to leave the party or waste an entire hour on a disorganized party, whose skill cap doesn’t match the dungeon’s difficulty.

Dragoons doing nothing but their thrust combo, Paladins pulling with provoke, and healers over healing and neglecting Esuna is just some of the nonsense going on in end game.

A vote kick feature would also be appreciated. At the very least I could piss of the bad players enough to kick me out, so they're no longer wasting my time, and avoiding a 15 minute lockout because I couldn't be bothered to put up with scrubs.

You could just make friends and not PUG. But from the tone of your post that might be a challenge for you.

there is no TECHNICAL way to guarantee players will perform to your personal standards, OP

a kick feature would be a double edged sword for you, OP, since players whom do not wish to play with YOU would be able to kick YOU as well

I definitely agree with your suggestion though: we need a kick option so we can kick the elite like you OUT and enjoy our runs.
