I used this tool together with the stats from the OP's GSM gear to play with rotations. Very powerful and useful tool. Came up with a sequence that has a ~40-45% HQ chance and 0% failure rate with nothing but abilities available at 15, and without using Tricks of the Trade. Of course this will vary with the amount of CP you have available, but of all the stats, I think that's probably the one that varies the least at 50.
