1st off this is not 1.0, so stop trying to talk about it.because you weren't even guaranteed a chance at a weapon in 1.0. If you think not seeing your weapon drop is discouraging, try being the only BLM in a group and for three runs in a row seeing other people get your cudgel from ifrit in 1.0, especially when its someone who doesn't even play BLM.
Second off, you had no follow-up response, so don't use "first off."
Fourthly, Holyhunter was responding to a comment directlyu appealing to 1.0, which YOU ignored. If anyone was "bringing 1.0 into this" it was HumsterMKX.
I agree with the OP as well. A token system would work out better in a few ways. First off someone could do the fight as a healer or a tank and still get a DPS weapon if they desired, if they had a token system. Secondly it would be fair for all players doing the run. From my days of FFXI, i know how it is to get the short end of the stick for drops. Took me two years to get my Byakkos(sp) Haidate. And it took my brother only one fight... So with my kind of luck, i'd be more inclined to go for the token system.![]()
I suggest you re-evaluate your attitude and before responding with a rude remark. Actually know what they are talking about. 100% drop rate with a shared pool for ARR was due to massive amounts of feedback from 1.0 players based off the original crappy 4-8% across all weapons, individual pool design.
You are also on Balmung, sad to see this type of attitude from a great community server in 1.0. You are even in the same FC as Ian Nai... great player and a good Balmunger.

First off, 1.0 didn't have the battle, it came later on. Secondly, you don't have to be a dick in your response. Like it or not, this game is a continuation of 1.23 and there will be comparisons to it. DEAL WITH IT!
