I have to agree they need to add more than 1 Primal weapon drop for this fight. We are talking about a random chance to get 1 of 9 weapons for 9 different Jobs
They should at least have Primal Fights drop 2 Primal Weapons because as the game increase with more classes in the future the hard it will be for people to get Job specific weapons like the Primal gears because eventually it will become a 1 out of 10 chance then 1 out of 11 chance and so on with the chance of getting specific Primal weapons becoming hard with more introductions of new Jobs and classes.

I think it's bad game design that people are killing the primals 30 times and not getting the right drop.
It's not really bad game design, theres a % chance that you will get what you want, there being 9 jobs you have a 1 in 9 chance of getting the weapon you want. I just got my Ifrit Claws last night after farming him all week, yeah it sucked but it felt sooooooooo good when it finally dropped for me. Thats the feeling you should get when you get a primal weapon or any drop for that matter.

I can hardly remember the last time I was excited for winning an end game item drop thanks to those stupid tokens. I much prefer 100 runs with nothing then with a huge "wooh! Finally! /equip" at the 101st, than a "I need to run this exactly 20 times to get enough tokens."
Honestly there is nothing wrong with a token system. Luck is a shitty part of MMO's. You put the time in there the same as everyone else. If you do 60 runs of ifrit, garuda, or god forbid titan and have no weapon, then you damn well deserve one because you've accomplished 60 runs thusly with nothing to show for it. That is archaic game design. Even if you got a token currency that required 20 or 30 runs, at least the people who lucked out on RNG would be able to obtain their weapons in time instead of grinding for a "chance". Hi. my suggestion would be that the weapon drop should only be for a job thats in the current party setup. Like if a DRG in not in the party, then the lance shouldnt be the drop.Hello,
