inner beast (warrior ability) not always working as stated

When using the Inner Beast ability the healing returned is not always 300% of damage dealt as stated in the tool tip. quite often it appears to be minus 300%

the issue occurs more often when inner beast is the final blow struck, mostly because a party member also lands a blow at approximately the same time. in these cases a blow of approximately 125 damage returns a healing of 28, not the 375 the tool tip would suggest.

this is something i've seen happen mid-combat as well, but its very rare and infrequent, the most repeatable occurance is when inner beast is the killing blow.

it is a highly repeatable bug, at least for my character, and quite frustrating.

this issue is still happening, and i'm noticing it more often in non-killing blows as well.

how a critical hit for 326 damage only heals 506 when its meant to be a 3x multiplier i dont know.

any other warriors noticing this at all?
