Hacking teleporting gatherers

I don't understand why they don't have people playing the game and looking for these bots. They are incredibly obvious and I could have banned at least 50 by now. If nothing's being done about the obvious gil spammers though I doubt these bots will be dealt with.

They do see the bots. They don't ban them because then they lose the money trail that leads them back to the accounts that are being used to hold/transfer the gil.
