    Suggestion: please fix your customer support

    Dear Square Enix. I have a Suggestion:

    I recommend trying to submit your own customer support ticket to see what actually happens for your self.

    I recommend hiring new customer support employees.

    I recommend that your customer support employees actually read and fix the tickets submitted via Customer Support.

    I have waited over a month and I have not received a single response to any of my submitted tickets. I will not reactivate my subscription unless you attend to these matters (primarily because I can not actually play, even if I submitted my credit info into the Mog Station).

    I've submitted multiple tickets as well but all I get are surveys in the email saying my case is closed but no actual response given from either in-game or my account. =_=

    I'd hate to give bad surveys to people in their support center but I'm not getting any support or service from them at all

    Call them, it will take (literally) 2 hours of being on hold, but you will get someone on the phone and they will acknowledge the issue, solving the problem is another thing since there limitations to what they can/can't do.
