Yes but if I set my HOME RETURN point to Limsa Lominsa and I die in Gridania (which has happened with the horrendous latency issues lately), then I spawn in Limsa and have to pay to come back to Gridania. I prefer to set my Home point to the major city of the zone I am questing in. If I am working the main story line, I prefer to leave it as Gridania since this is where my Conjurer's Guild is as well as my GC Twin Adder. I don't have a problem with choosing to take the time to travel there but there are no other options other than paying your way to get there.

Well that doesn't matter much, because if you have your return point in Gridania or Ul'dah you're better off in case you die. And it's still 50% discount because you can use return away from La Noscea.
