PS3 Rumble/Vibration or lack there of

There are fans of the rumble/Vibration and there are people that hate it. This being understood, I really hope you consider adding rumble for normal mob encounters and fights. Right now the only time you even know your rumble is working is if you fish or get to a point in the game where there is a cutscene. I really think adding it to normal fighting encounters in the wild and in dungeons, would really help gameplay. I find that this game has many things going for it, but this is one it lacks. I played ffxi for quite awhile and to be honest, the thing i miss most about it is the vibration when i hit a mob with sneak attack or used a spell that hit hard. I understand that maybe people complained about the vibration, but that is why you have a way to toggle it on or off. I respect that you are listening to feedback and making changes in the game. I'm hoping that vibration/rumble is something that can still be implemented in the gameplay. Just adding vibration/rumble for critical strikes with spells and weapons would increase gameplay drastically. For people that have been playing games on ps3 for years, rumble is to be expected in the gameplay. I am one of these people.

I motion in favor of this feature. I only feel rumble when I perform my Limit Break as a DRG. I would like to feel rumble when I perform or receive a Critical Blow. Also perhaps when I ride my Magitek Armor and when I fall from great distances and my HP is reduced to one. Another great feature rumble could be used for is when a boss is casting a Fatal Ability so that we are aware of when to stun or silence. The Rumble configuration could be be configured like a check-box list where we can disable or enable rumble for the things we want our controllers to rumble for. The ideas are endless, even a rumble when we are crafting or when we are fishing and we get a bite. Lucent12 is correct when he/she mentions that as PS3 players, we have come to love and expect rumble features in all console games.
