I typically keep the tank as my focus target and use the following for Cure (and Esuna):

/ac "Cure" <mo>
/ac "Cure" <t>
/ac "Cure" <focus>

Be aware that area transitions (such as in Halatali) and some cutscenes will clear your focus target.
