desperate need for report system

dunno where to post this so if its wrong hopefully mods will move to right place lol

think the next thing SE should b workin on is a report system....

more i work on gathering classes the more bots i see - -

1st bot system = is the player is in the scenery/under ground with partial name showing, they teleport node to node nvr see anything but partial name - -

2nd bot system = the player is always stealthed after node is empty the player vanishes, a few seconds later u see the player drop from the sky at another node still stealthed lol x.x

if we had a report button we could report a bot whenever we see then SE could take appropiate actions till the account was investigated?

or perhaps take a step from other games n employ the use of "game sages" players that can help with the gil spammers/bot systems so to speak... with so many servers n huge population im guessin thats why theres so many bots around due to the limited staff they prolly have for identifcation etc ;/

You can already report cheating in the game, via the Help Desk option (I think). It's just a bit awkward.

for some reason those type commands dont work for me on ps3... ive tried the blacklist 1 quite alot nvr works so end up manually typing the name to block them :P

Strange - works for me fine on PS3. There is a bug though that if you run the game for a long time (obere 10 - 12+ hours) it will fail.

For Blacklisting use either the trick with highlighting the player in the chat log, select Send Tell option and then change /tell Spammer Name[SPACE] to /blist add "Spammer Name" (don't forget to remove the space at the end of the tell command before putting the quotations marks around the name). If you're being targeted by spam tells use below macro to blist last person using tell on you:

/blist add <r>

and place it on your crossbar - works like a treat every time. Either way - no need to type the names in manually anywhere. You can also copy the name from the tell command and paste it into the support case. (CTRL+C / CTRL+V, highlight by mouse or by holding the shift and using cursor keys)
