I fail to understand where you think she's not getting any exp at all. Just because she's not grinding for exp doesn't mean that she's getting 0. It just means that's not where her emphasis is. There are some times when I play when I want to level and I go around doing quests, dungeons, or whatever to get the exp. There will be other times that I either help my friends or I do other stuff besides leveling and while I still get some exp, it's barely enough to move my bar by much. I'm sure if I devoted all of the time to exp only since the game started I would be 50 as well.

My problem with leveling is not how long it takes, it's that (on your other jobs after your first) there's one method that is FAR more efficient than any other (FATE grinding) for exp. They either need to nerf FATE exp a bit or buff dungeons and/or battlecraft leves.

Crafting leves can make leveling a craft very quick but it takes a while to accumulate new allowances so you can zerg a craft if you want but if you want to level the others that way you'll need to save up more allowances and you'll want to not use any for DoW/DoM (which you don't anyway due to how OP FATES are atm). The problem isn't how long it takes to level a craft it's that some crafts (like alchemy potions and cooking overall) are barely useful at all and I think they REALLY need to fix this.

I can agree that other than the skill check that is Titan the steps to get a relic are sort of underwhelming but making it a huge grind is really no more fun imo. Personally I wish that they'd had some interesting solo challenges or (if it would've been in at launch) require you to do some stuff in Crystal Tower.
