Service account errors.

I repeatedly provided the mog station with my debit card information only to be given an error after every confirmation. I tried doing this six times to no avail. I then went to my bank account to confirm that nothing had been withdrawn, and to my surprise, their systems had charged me a one dollar service fee for each and every failed attempt to renew my subscription. I am outraged, and it truly feels like theft. I have submitted tickets, waited on the phone, and received no response from the company. I don't know what to do at this point, which is why I'm here. I feel cheated.

Yeah same, apparently this is a huge issue with many people, so hopefully this will get some attention asap
