Error 601 during subscription payment?

Hello all well i was able to play ok and yesterday i got booted from the game and now that i tried to PAY the game i just cant keep telling me ERROR 601 , sight i alredy Tried Paypal, CC and i have my Ultimate Game Card still no luck , i need some help if possible anyone else having this well i think many ppl are on the same boat

Anyone know if its true that if you tried to many times you get lock out ? anyone know for how long ?

Friend of mine is having the same issue and he has sent them emails with no reply. Sat in the online chat to be told there wasn't anyone to help him try again later.

Yeah, getting the error for every type of payment option. Can't even purchase crysta for my 1.0 account. But I can use the same credit cards to purchase crysta for my brothers account.

beware. You'll still be charged the one time service fee. I attempted to input my info several times, and was greeted by numerous 1 dollar charges in my online banking statement. I have never experienced this in my ten years of subscribing to MMOs.
