Random 90000 errors

My partner and I get 90K every 5-15 minutes.

So far we have port forwarded, reset router and modem, ensured nothing was running in the background, attempted to connect to the game directly from the modem (no router), and ensured Cable company was not packet shaping etc. in a way that would affect gameplay.
Cable company came out and replaced everything they could from the street level up, gave us a newest generation modem, and put the modem on watch.
Spent $100 on a brand new current gen version of our router - JUST TO BE SURE. Even got in the 125+ degree attic to run new Cat5 from the main smartbox to the computer room even though previously port tested good with a testing tool. Still nothing.
We have been running a network watch tool of our own and we are now sure that this is ENTIRELY related to packet loss on the side of SE or one of their hosting/server sites in the 13 or so hops to the servers.

All of this started RIGHT after the first major post-launch patch. Previous to that (even in beta) we did NOT have 90k problems at all.
Our 30 days are burning up and we are literally unable to play as we are stuck at the Garuda fight and cannot make it through without 90K and anything else is still plagued by random 5-15 min apart 90k's.

Getting the 90k error every 30mins now. Kinda annoying since Im a tank:/
