I went to log in tonight and opened up the app to come to it asking me what language I wanted the app reset itself and now I am locked out of my own account because of no way to get a 1 time password from the token app. All support is down being past 6pm PST soo annoying!!
I've had this happen once before, did you remember to copy the software tokens "Emergency Removal Password" thats what i used to remove my token, then i simply logged in and re-added new token from start.
