I've had this happen once before, did you remember to copy the software tokens "Emergency Removal Password" thats what i used to remove my token, then i simply logged in and re-added new token from start.Has anyone else faced this? I went to log in tonight and opened up the app to come to it asking me what language I wanted the app reset itself and now I am locked out of my own account because of no way to get a 1 time password from the token app. All support is down being past 6pm PST soo annoying!!
