The same happened to me on Friday, haven't been able to log in since. Sat in the chat queue for two hours, and was told to send in an email support ticket, which I did (and included proof that I was the account owner, hoping that would help speed things up), and eventually got sent an email saying I'd get a response within two days. Finally got one this morning, which told me to use the chat. Tried twice today to get through to the chat support, queued for 2 hours or more each time, to get to first place in the queue and be told that there aren't any agents available and that I've been booted from the queue. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand if things are busy and I need to queue. That's absolutely fine; it's my fault for not saving my emergency removal password. Booting me out of a two hour queue isn't fine though. If no agents are available then I should keep my spot at the front of the queue until one is.
As an experiment, I tried to remove the authenticator on my GW2 account. It took five minutes.

I called right at 12pm ESt(9amPST) been on hold for 40minutes thats some pathetic wait times right as they open up. All agents are unavailable? How many agents do you have 1?
