loadstone and mogstation problem

I have set mine on autopayment weeks ago. And i saw my character on the list.

Now that i am checking my loadstone and mogstation, it says i dont have any characters.

Will I be okay since i already set mine in autopayment? Or do i have to do something manually in order to keep on playing?

I had mine on auto renewal and this morning (EU time) I had my veteran rewards in the mog mail.

That happened to me once, but everything was fine when I logged out of Mog Station and back in again.

Why can''t I creat threads on the forums? I keep getting this message: "New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough."

Not sure what character lvls has to do with the forums but my main is lvl 25 and my alts are 15 and 5. I have never been able to post a new thread so I know I didnt reach a daily limit. I have been trying to post a thread for 3-4 days now...

I have enough crysta to add subscriptions, but whever i subscribe for the services, it keeps shows me o crysta charged and nothing happeneds.
