Magitek Mount Question

i havent seen anything on here but how do you get the Magitek mount?

also i have seen people on the winged eye mount, is there any info on it?

The Magitek mount is the final reward for clearing the main story. The flying eye is the 90-day veteran reward for paying for 90 cumulative days of playtime.
