Had zero problems on my end.
This happened when they started billing in version one also. Lots of people were screaming on the forums for SE to take their money. It took about a month to sort out. Mind you there were less people playing then, then ARR has now. I hope that since there is more $$ at stake they will respond before the week is out so people can play. This was a RE-launch, they should have tested it better as to not repeat old mistakes. Here's hoping it is solved before the weekend.

what point i seen 2 pages thats all not like its an error 90000.
i got billed no issue, if this was as widespread as you pretend it to be why only 2 pages after a full day
suggestion pick up phone call customer support tomorrow morning find out what exactly is wrong before you go pointing fingers maybe you might just get it resolved before blowing a gasket.

As for contacting support, wait queues can be as long as 2 hous, and they often just disconnect you before you can even get through. Also, if you looked at the other threads about it, it seems support really doesn't help anyone out because they don't know what's happening either.
You're not having this issue. That's great. That's awesome. I'm not either. My husband is though. Other players are though. Why is this offending you so?

Idk if you ha e any intelligence and some common sense it's very simple and easy to use(the mog station that is)

Everyone saying they got their billing to work is great for them, but it is a real problem. I tried contacted the actual company that does the credit card processing and gave them all the information. They're company is looking into it, but who knows if I will really get an answer. I sat in a support queue for 2 hours also to be disconnected because no agents were available. Square-Enix does not seem to know what the heck they are doing.
