1. Yes, cross server grouping is rife with this, no ammount of blacklisting options will stop it.

2. Thankfully the next update will also include the party board wich is like a server wide Duty finder of sorts. This way the next time someone tells you to kill yourself or do something simillarily stupid. You can blacklist them and make sure everyone you know is aware of this pox on humanity so they can also never play with them again.
