Add votekick option and cross-server blacklist NOW

So I was just recently PUGging Amdapor Keep. We had this one extremely rude, elitist DPS constantly hating on the rest of the group. He was mocking the tank's play style, calling him a noob and a retard, even though the tank was holding aggro perfectly fine. He was also making fun of the healer when we wiped a few times, "OH WHERES MY HEALS U DUMB BITCH UR USELESS". And when I told him to shut up, he told me to go kill myself.

So I was like, that's fine, I'll just vote to kick to him. Oh but wait, I couldn't vote to kick him? Why, I hear you ask? BECAUSE THERES NO VOTEKICK OPTION.

So then I was like ok, I'll just blacklist him once I'm out of the group. Oh but wait, I ALSO could not blacklist him. Why? BECAUSE HE WAS ON A DIFFERENT SERVER.

This needs to be fixed. NOW. Give us the ability to vote to kick douchebags out of groups, and also blacklist those dickheads who aren't on the same server as us, so we never have the misfortune of ever being grouped with them ever again.

Another frustration is the people who go into Castrum and AFK at the entrance and there is nothing that can be done unless you want to wait even longer. Its easier to just 7 man it, honestly.. and that is so far from fair. A votekick option is a necessity

Just AFK strike with the other members of the group.
that being said, dont really do that, because there are some people who actually do that, and its always that ONE guy thats just afk and we cant really progress being a tank or a healer short.
so thats why i would like a vote to kick option

even with all the gold spammers a rightclick blist option would be great too
