Suspended Account?

Hi forums, im posting here because I have not found any sufficient information that regards to suspended accounts. This is for a friend and not me. He is new to MMOs and I really dont want him to be turned off by the crappy support that SE is showing to its customers.

Anyways. His account got suspended while waiting for a new computer to arrive. He has played the game on his laptop and had no problems with it. He waited about 4 days and didnt try to log into the game.
When the comp finally arrived he tried logging in but it said his registration code is no longer valid or something.
Now he didnt play the early access so he has no early access code, he bought a physical copy from game stop because digital was suspended for a while.

When he called up support they said his account is suspended due to suspicion of hacking. And they told him he needs to repurchase the game.
I feel like that's complete bullshit. Cuz they didnt even try to solve the issue.

Where do I go in order to help my friend? Guy was super excited to get a new comp just for ff14 and now he cant even play. It bums me out cuz Im the one the made him buy the game. He even literally stop playing his plat 1 lol account to jump ship to ff14.

That is bullshit actually. Go to Mog Station and double check to be sure that the account is indeed suspended:

If it is, the only thing you can do at this point is either reach customer support via chat or phone and have them lift the suspension from the account. You can find the support information here:

It is in fact suspended on the moogle website...
