Using those games as an example isn't really quite fair, much smaller community base so of course there would be situations like that. With the toxic players in mind i do agree that its a major problem since there is no way to punish said Toxic individuals (No vote kick etc) and of course if there is no punishment for acting like a total jackass a lot of people will.
