    Charged 30 USD?

    So I got 30$ taken out of my account by a "withdrawl from shared bank, Georgia" which I eventually figured out is SE... not a problem. What I am wondering about though, is why did they charge me 30$ for a 14.99$ subscription fee?

    I am a 1.0 player, so I didn't need to buy the game again, and I only have this one account, so I shouldn't be getting charged 30$ for one account.

    Only for 30, cause otherwise I would have gotten the 60 day vet reward too (and I didn't cause I just logged in before posting this). Not a silly question, didn't think to make note of that in my OP, thanks for reminding me.

    Also, you can only pay for 30 or 90 days according to the mog station.

    Hmm.. I failed to notice that thanks for that info. Unfortunately, I can't give a clear answer as I have yet to be charged despite starting the game during early access. I don't know how or why people are already getting their charges.

    Do you have 2 active service accounts by chance? (either by choice or because game code was added to the wrong account etc)

    Only asking because that would be one reason for double charge.

    I do have another account, but that wasn't a 1.0 account, nor does it have a 2.0 game code applied to it...

    Just tried to login to that second account and it was cancelled (forgot I had cancelled that), so there is no other services I should be getting billed for.

    Didn't think of that... I sent in a support ticket anyway... and I'll check back what my account says later.

    Looks like that's what it was, I had to figure out how to look up pending charges, and SE was listed. Thanks for the tip C-croft.

    No prob! This happens whenever a company goes to take payment, something gets hung up and then they reprocess it. My company(the employees in the field for the company I work for) has done this without realizing the implications. Most likely, either SE or their third party handling payments does not send a rescind request when attempting to take the payment again for the original payment request.
