Steps:
1. Used Couerl Bell item expecting to get Couerl mount without Chocobo license.
2. Item disappeared, but no Couerl Mount action appeared in the Mount submenu of Actions & Traits
3. Joined grand company, obtained Chocobo License.
4. Company Chocobo action now available under Mount submenu, but still no Couerl Mount action available.

Summary:
I used my Couerl Bell before I joined a Grand Company or obtained my chocobo license and the item disappeared without giving me the mount in actions& traits menu.

Now, I now have a chocobo license and see the company chocobo action in my menu but still no option to summon my Couerl mount. The item is still long gone from my inventory.

Please add the Couerl mount action to my character's action menu. Thanks.

Yes, and I can see the Company Chocobo summoning icon but no Couerl Mount summon icon in the Mount submenu.
