Question about friends

Hello,

I play with a number of different friend groups. I was wondering if someone on my friends list can see when I'm on a secondary character if I friend-ed them with my primary character? In other words, if the friend function sees your account (all of your characters) or just the one you friend requested them on. Just for clarification, depending on the friend, sometimes it is worth it to have a second character to play on your own even with this type of class leveling system. Thanks for your time and expertise!

No, they can't see you if on a other char.
As they are only adding your Character to the friend list etc and not your account ( like in guild wars 2 )
