Duty, Honor, Country; unable to continue after

Please help me continue main quest with my main.
I started a new thread as the previous threads regarding being unable to continue after the Duty, Honor, Country main quest were closed.

I complete Duty, Honor, Country during beta. When early access started, there were no quest available. This is my main, imported from previous FFXIV, and I would love to continue on this character. I have started a new character and advanced past this point. Please help me as I would prefer to play on my main.

Time: Between Beta and Early access
Frequency: Current, every log in
World name:
Character name: Kitty Cat
NPC name: The sultana
Monster name: masked mage
Class/Level: Gladiator 18
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Between logging off and on
Area and coordinates: unknown in Ul'dah
Steps:
1. Checked recommended duty in Ul'dah and Thanalan areas
2. Talked to Momodi (no quest) and Bartholomew (no quest)
3. Elyenora, Airship Ticketer - no airship pass
4. Submitted ingame ticket. Was informed to post info on this form

Connection Specs
- Type of internet connection/provider: Cable, Midco
- Modem maker/model number: Ubee D3.0
