i used my use to be a 1.0 player/ce reward to redo my apperance. game tells me to take off all gear and log out.

i do so.

wont let me redo my character because my weapon is equipped so i log int ot ake it off. the game wont allow me to take it off.

i log out to redo my character. wont let me and it skips the redo..

what am i doing wrong?

my 30 day vet reward..i made a couple other toons to save the names on the server i play and i got the 30 day rewards on them but did not get it in the mail on my main character..something im missing?
