Other players when riding mounts look very choppy/animation lags. (PC)

First let me get the usual "questions" out of the way by going ahead and answering with the following.

My system is powerful. I have no issues running the game on max and so on.
I don't have lag issues either, I play on Wired Ethernet and have 100 Mb down. I use network monitoring tools and my speed/latency etc are just fine (I am network admin by profession and know how these things work)

I have tried the most current revision of Nvidia drivers and even rolled back to a few past releases and no fix.

I have a system with a 590 GTX (2x GPUs SLI single single) and a system with 2x 780s in SLI.

Both have Top of the line processors, cooling, RAM etc etc

This issue happens on both.

ok... Now to my Issue

Game runs great except for one thing.

Whenever another player gets on a mount their riding/mount animation movement gets very choppy. I can be in a fate with 30 people and everyone is moving fine and all animations are great.

The minute anyone hops on a mount and start moving their animations get real choppy and laggy looking.

THis does not happen to my character, only happens to others I look at.

This also ONLY happens when they are riding the mount full speed. If they have the mount walk at slow speed it looks just fine. OTher characters not mounted can walk or sprint and look fine to.

It ONLY gets choppy/laggy animation when another player is riding a mount at normal speed. Everything else in game looks great except this.

SO there could be a group of people and all their animations look smooth except for the ones riding mounts...theirs is choppy.

Also strangely this is MORE noticeable with people on Courel mounts. It happens on all mounts but seems worse on Courels.

Any ideas?

Is this a bug or a glitch?

Also a small nit pick gripe. Courel mount has terrible animation. Look at his legs on one side and then the other side when running..its not right lol. I'm surprised he don't trip.

The choppiness is due to THEM being laggy, not you.
