both. The issue occured after a duty finde into Haukke Manor with a party of 4 (including myself)

Steps:
1. receive story quest to go into Haukke Manor (Skeleton in her Closet)
2. Queue for Duty finder
3. Take chocobo porter somewhere
4. Have duty finder queue come up and accept while still riding chocobo porter
5. Enter dungeon
6. Finish dungeon
7. appear back on chocobo porter (supposedly there was a video after the instance that did not play due to me riding the chocobo porter)
8. attempt to speak to Ursandel (screenshot included)

I am unable to move on in my story quest. I've heard you need the story quest finished for endgame dungeons, so I would like to get this resolved ASAP please.
