New Section for Fixed Issues/Patch Notes?

I want section, where i can read what SE has fixed, or what the patch notes are.
I am reading at general/updates/Maint. There no real information, Mods or admin or w/e post other people topics, i would like section where i can straight go to there and read what actually being fixed or what being put in the game. just way beta had it. there was a section what they want us to test and what they put/fixed in the game.
