    LFG Garuda HM - Ghaaniz Craze - Bard

    Kinda annoying its not in the Duty Finder, so id figured i would try here.

    So if anyone else needs this Garuda HM for your relic quest - lets gather up.

    You can go to Vesper Bay and receive a quest which will unlock Garuda hm in your Duty Finder. Thats the only way to actually start that encounter i believe.
