I live in the Las Vegas area and play on Ultros. Lately I have been setting anywhere between 1500ms and 3500ms and even upwards of 6500ms w/ the lowest being 350ms. I know a lot of people are experiencing lag and extreme latency.

What are some of the solutions (other than VPN) people on the server have had luck with?
