same problem here, although i owned 1.0 i bought a new copy for ARR and use my early acess code on my apparently old account, problem is i cant apply my game code to the account hence cant get my 30 days free..

For 1.0 PC version players you couldn't get the 30 days unless you attached the PS3 version to your existing account.
You could upgrade from ver 1.0 standard to CE but that still didn't give you the 30 days.
Only way to add additional 30 days is to add the PS3 version, OR start a brand new account registering the PC (dunno why you would do that, but just throwing it in there.)
Also noticed others getting this same error as OP is due to payment method not being updated, you should login to mogstation and confirm your billing address, credit card is up to date, make sure there is enough crysta etc.
If you're one of those unfortunate ones getting the 401 and I think was 601? Some are saying to try adding crysta using the game cards but also noticed some saying that method not working for them, so they are on hold currently waiting in line to get a hold of Customer Service. Some waiting long time already and when it was there turn getting error message saying "there is no agent available at this time, please send e-mail"...
While i understand what your saying, i was unaware that 1.0 users got acess to the early acess, so i pre ordered and bought another copy of the game, however i used my early acces/beta acess keys on old account, so that is where my lvl 50 from the new servers currently is, the free time has expired on that account and i have now a seconday account ( which i obviously dont need) ..... also i cannot access mog station on my old account even though it has 7 characters on it their system says i have none and auto logs me out >.<For 1.0 PC version players you couldn't get the 30 days unless you attached the PS3 version to your existing account.
