I'm sure (I hope?) this is on the way, but just in case... it only makes sense that the harder the mount is to acquire, the better it is; not just visually.

E.g.,
  • Choco - 1x Speed
  • Coeurl - 1.2x Speed
  • Magitek - 1.5x Speed
  • etc.
