Error 2146697203

The error 2146697203 ocurres when I open the Final Fantasy XIV Laucher . This problem just happens in my computer (the laptop doenst have this problem) since the Beta Version 4 (I didnt play the other betas).
My System is Windows 7 - 32 Bits

I Downloaded many times, reinstaled thousand of times, used it as Administrator, lauched it as XP system (compatibility)... I dont know what else to do!
(From Brasil).

Your system tray shows no available network connection. You cannot use the launcher without an internet connection. If you ARE connected, maybe it is using whatever Windows uses to check, and is failing because Windows thinks you are not connected.

The network connection is avaible, the symbol is wrong! (im using the net right now and the symbol shows me that im not)
All games are ok (steam games, ragnarok,etc) with this "wrong symbol". The company Net (from Brasil - very bad company) gives me the network, but I dont know why the symbol says it doesnt. I think the problem is in the game, the network connection is ok!

I checked here, the Windows knows that Im online, without problems, just the symbol is wrong

I found someone with the same problem. There isnt a lot of people with this error. I asked in that forum what should I do, and if they ask me, Im gonna show you (maybe the same error occurs with you!)

This is a runtime error.

Open eventvwr (type it in taskbar) and see what it is related to...

Alternatively, update all your available runtimes.

like .net, directx, c+, visual basic.. >.> all dat stuff. C+, and sheet. Update your drivers next, then perform a windows update to ensure everything needed (like runtimes related to windows) are there, reboot your system and see if it works.

I cant find the error from the game with the eventvwr. I checked everything but there was only LOL problems and Skyrim problems (LOL hahaha). And i checked the big list too, but I couldnt find it. All the problems and errors are suposed to be in eventvwr?
And everything (.net, directx, c+ ...) is updated.

alright, try creating a new account in windows and playing under it. It probably wont work, but ive got this feeling it might. Also, make sure to right click the launcher, and run it as admin

Also thanks for the +1 at http://ffxiv.zam.com/forum.html?foru...169012476&h=50, event vwr usually shows you all problems that windows (or a part of windows) is related to in some way.
