I have read in many places that the bah why the hell am i saying crit lol sorry thinking about another job while writing hahahaha, but yeah i have read that RS only applies to the very first application of the DoT, not the ticks that come after it. If this is not true then yeah doing it at the start is better but if it is, then you get better out of Fester. Read it in this forum so not sure. But it clearly stated RS applies to the initial impact not the ticks.....

It applies to the whole duration of the DOT, and this is pretty easy to confirm, because the game will never allow you to overwrite a strong (de)buff with a weaker one.

1) Use Raging Strikes
2) Use Bio II
3) Wait for Raging Strikes to wear off, or right-click it away
4) Try to re-apply Bio II. This should fail until it falls off on its own.
