Gamepad and Crafting

Ok I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, so I'm coming here for help.

On my gamepad settings I have it to where while in combat I use 2 action bars, and out of combat I have 2 other bars set up.

When I go into the crafting interface is there a way to also have it swap to another 2 dedicated bars? I'm finding that I have to hold RB+Y or whatever to swap to the crafting action bar I'm using. It's not the end of the world, but it'd be more convienient if I it just automatically went to what I want (like in combat).

Is there a setting I'm missing?

Unfortunately you will just have to put your crafting actions on your out-of-combat section. Crafting doesn't count as an "active" state.
