I've been having the same problems too. Tried setting up a recurring sub, and I got 601'd with two different cards.

Worse part? Time cards aren't available where I live. I looked online, and they're around $50-$60, due to currency conversion and taxes. (I live in Canada)

I put a msg in with squeenix...that was Sat. Turns out, they've been closed for the holidays since then.

I've tried disabling adblocker and nothing. Gonna try one other card here, and if that doesn't work...I'm SoL in regards to playing FFXIV, until they decide to release more time cards, and if that's being phased out (according to rumors it is), then I'll have no other option, but to close my account out.
