    Cant subscribe (US/NA)

    So yeah. similar to the EU users, woke up this morning to find three things.


    1: that my subscription has somehow lapsed despite me having a recurring payment on file (prepaid visa, but the game took it just fine when I registered it a week ago)

    2: that the game cant agree whether I have the vet rewards up to 180 days or no vet rewards at all.

    3: that it also cant agree on whether my US server character exists.



    anyone else having these issues stateside?

    Have the same issue. Payment was scheduled for 180 days and then I recieved an email this morning saying it failed to process. I went in and am showing that I have characters but can't log into the lodestone due to inactive account. Oh and my account is showing that I have the 180 day Vet rewards.

    SE's billing system is terrible. :/

    I'm having the same issues.

    Set it up last week for the 180 days automatic renewal. Payment went through perfectly.

    Woke up this morning to play, my account is inactive, got an email saying an error occurred with my card and I can no longer play.

    It also won't let me set up a new payment, it keeps giving errors and now I get to wait till they open up in a few hours to call and wait on hold for hours.
