Have the same issue. Payment was scheduled for 180 days and then I recieved an email this morning saying it failed to process. I went in and am showing that I have characters but can't log into the lodestone due to inactive account. Oh and my account is showing that I have the 180 day Vet rewards.

SE's billing system is terrible. :/
