Agent Daniel C: try O=0 or O=D

This was the message that fixed my account related to both my PS3 log in problems and not having a Collector's Edition listed on the Mog Station.

I'd just like to put a shout out here to Agent Daniel C, thank you SO much for being incredibly patient with me and helping me through my problem. Before this private support chat, I had been going through 2 weeks of pulling my hair out with both Sony support and other SE support methods. The second you suggested that I may have entered the "O" on my registration code wrong I was thinking "Well here we go again, it's clearly an "O" I already tried 0 in place of it..." and then it accepted a "D" on the code and I was completely stunned for 10 seconds.

I said it in chat and I'll say it again, you are a genius for figuring this out in a 5 minute chat while I've been trying to figure it out for 2 weeks.


To anyone sitting in the SE chat support office, please, buy Daniel C lunch, he deserves it after taking this weight off of my mind (I was literally about to go insane and start breaking things on day 15.).

And to anyone who might end up getting Agent Daniel C in support chat, this guy rocks, be respectful and don't give him a hard time, it's not his fault your stuff doesn't work and he'll help you fix your problem(s) to the best of his ability (*psst* I'm pretty sure he's a wizard.).

To anyone who thinks I'm an idiot for the above:
I never thought it was a "D" because the dot printing method they used to put the code on the paper makes it completely ROUND! There is no way anyone would have looked at that and said "hmmm, I'll bet that's a D."

Case in point, one of the letters in my code WAS a D, and it looked like a D, so when I compared it to the "O" in the second line, I thought "Hmmm, that's either an O or a 0..." *sigh*

Either way, I'm extremely happy now... I want to bounce off of WALLS I'm so happy!
