Give us another summon bell ffs

There was a recent dev post where they said that they're thinking about adding summoning bells to all sanctuaries...

Pressing "0" on your NUM pad targets the nearest NPC to you. If you are a fair distance away from the Vocate, this will mean it will try to hit the Bell, and pressing "0" again will respond to the dialogue that pops up. This isn't very common knowledge, given how prone people are to mouse clicking on things.
