i have 99 of these allowances I never use them there not rewording DX the only thing there goof or I here, is there handy for leveling crafting thats about it.

Why should I be punished for taking a more productive route in achieving my goals in the game?

The idea is for balance. One path has certain advantages while the other has different advantages. FATES and dungeon grinding may be faster but crafting has more long-term utility. If one was fast and had long-term utility, that would be the primary option utilized.
