tool tip info problem

Whenever I mouse over my skills on my hotbar, it only displays the name of the skill, nothing else. If i go into my actions and traits popup I mouse over the skills and nothing is displayed. I can mouse over items on my hotbar and they display a tooltip. Anyone else experience this problem or have a solution? Really prefer to be able to have the info in game readily rather than have to alt tab and look up on a browser what does what

Did you hide the action help window from the HUD? If it has a purple name right click it to make it white.

problem is with the tooltip not being displayed not the hotbar being missing from the hud see screenshots below...




you can see the button lit up like when you leave the mouse over a button, but theres no tooltip popout. I'm looking for the tooltip pop out like it does when i mouse over items on my hotbar...

Do you see the 2 arrows in the image? Those are the "tooltips". Does the "Action Help" have a purple name? Right clicking it should turn it white.

I have this problem but it's not with the spells and such it's with things like... character sheet info or buff and debuff icons. If i mouse over them I am supposed to get a pop up telling me wtf the sh*t is but I get NOTHING. It's incredibly annoying. I would like to be able to mouse over my character sheet and see pop ups explaining what MIND is or PEITY or INTELLECT etc.. instead i get nothing. Very annoying.
