Talk to NPCs while on mount

I can understand having to get off my mount for story npcs where cutscenes might be involved but possibly could you at least make it so we don't have to get off when we talk to merchants and menders? It just seems a little annoying to have to get off my mount for trivial things like repairs.

Better yet, teleporting and being able to accept others party-teleports while mounted! How about that?
